QSTAR XL Hybrid LX/MS/MS

This system is a high-performance, hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer designed for proteomics. The QSTAR is a tandem mass spectrometer (MS/MS) with the QTOF configuration and offers the option to interface with nano/capillary-HPLC and MALDI plate. The accuracy and reproducibility of the time-of-flight analyzer enables accurate mass measurement of small organic molecules to intact protein or peptides mass finger printing and modification analysis.

This unit is currently integrated with an Accela U-HPLC system for routine bimolecular analysis. ThermoFisher Accela™ high-speed chromatographic system provides fast, efficient chromatographic separations over an expansive range of flow rates and pressures.
